A recruiter reviews your profile
A recruiter reads your profile. If you are selected for submission, they introduce you to the client and highlight your relevant experience.
How to apply
Create your profile
Add your discipline, sub-discipline and years of experience. Include the well and field types you’ve worked on and your water-depth experience. List your certifications with expiry dates, where you’re willing to work and your preferred work rotation. Creating your profile takes few minutes. Reuse it for future applications.
Apply for a job
Job listings include the client type, basin, contract type and work rotation. Read the full details in the app and apply with one click.
Read your matching results
Our matching tool checks your profile against the job requirements. You receive a score and an explanation of the requirements you meet or exceed. It also identifies missing experience or qualifications.
A recruiter decides
A recruiter reviews the matching results and decides whether to send your profile to the client. They consider your relevant experience alongside any unmet requirements. The tool does not reject applications on its own.
Client submission and feedback
We tell you when we send your profile to a client and name the client. We update you on the outcome. If the client declines your application and supplies a reason, we share it with you.
